The duration of therapy varies depending on your individual needs, goals, and progress.
While some clients may experience positive changes in a few sessions, others may require longer-term support to address deeper-rooted issues.
Typically, it's recommended to commit to therapy for at least 2 to 3 months to see significant improvements in your self-esteem.
However, your timeline ultimately depends on factors such as your level of commitment, the complexity of your concerns, and your willingness to actively engage in the therapeutic process.

I’m not your traditional therapist. In the first session and pretty much the remainder of our sessions together I will ask random questions to try and get a better picture of you and what you are struggling with and why.
I have found that most people coming to therapy are already dealing with the anxiety of a new experience with a new therapist so I have found that it allows each client to feel safe cnd supported and feel they chn sa anything to me without judgement.
Eachsession I will take the time to get to know you a little more and understand your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. I will let you tell me first what you would like to talk about and then go from there.
You'll have the opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking counseling and any specific issues you'd like to address.
I will ask questions to gather background information about your personal history, experiences, and current challenges.
Together, you'll collaboratively establish your goals for therapy and begin to develop a plan for achieving them.
Our first session together is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and to determine if my approach aligns with your needs and preferences.
You don't have to stay trapped in the cycle of self-doubt and low self-esteem any longer.
